Henrio Thelemaque

Henrio Thelemaque, Founder and President of The Thelemaque Group, has earned a reputation as a tenacious and highly effective advocate for his clients. With nearly a decade of experience, he is recognized in the Capitol as a leader for political strategy and healthcare innovation.

Before creating The Thelemaque Group, Henrio established himself as a prominent lobbyist by successfully leading efforts to expand scope of practice and increase patient access to care. Since establishing TTG in 2019, he has worked with corporations and organizations across a wide range of industries to help them navigate Missouri’s political landscape. Consistently recognized as a top political insider, Henrio currently serves as the President of the Missouri Society for Government Consultants.

A native of Haiti, Henrio developed an early appreciation for public service by observing his father’s work as a government official. He is fluent in French, Haitian Creole, and Spanish, enabling him to build authentic relationships across diverse communities and constituencies.

Henrio earned his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Truman State University. He resides in Jefferson City, Missouri with his wife, Jessica, their two children, and their dog.
