
Meet The Team
Henrio Thelemaque is the President of The Thelemaque Group. His fascination with public policy began as he observed his father’s work as a Government Official in Haiti, where he was born and became fluent in French, Creole, and Spanish. Making him one of the few polyglot lobbyists in the Missouri Capitol. In his short tenure in the Capitol, he has built a reputation for a tenacious and relentless work ethic.
Henrio graduated from Truman State University in 2018 with a degree in Political Science. He worked as a corrections officer during some portion of his time in college, and interned for a state Senator. Upon finishing his internship Henrio worked for the Missouri Office of Equal Opportunity, as the Special Advisor for the Division Director.
Upon graduating Henrio, became the in-house lobbyist for the Missouri Pharmacy Association in 2018 and established the Thelemaque Group in 2019 in order to serve other issue areas. His diverse upbringing allows him to understand all walks of life and build personal and genuine relationships with legislators, staff and colleagues, enabling him to effectively lobby for his clients.
Henrio lives in Jefferson City, MO with his wife, Jessica and their bordoodle Skylander Marshall. Henrio enjoys lifting, gaming, and learning new languages.

Lauren Casey is the Director of Operations and Policy Services with The Thelemaque Group. As a former student athlete, Lauren understands the importance of hard work, discipline, and working with a team. Through sport, Lauren gained critical thinking and problem-solving skills that have allowed her to coach volleyball at a high level prior to joining The Thelemaque Group. Partnered with an undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice as well as a Master of Business Administration, Lauren has amassed analytical thinking skills through her love of reading and writing.
Coming from a family who has dedicated their careers to public service, Lauren hopes to mirror her family’s commitment to helping those through advocacy. Throughout college, Lauren interned with the County Attorney’s office in Athens, Texas as well as the Domestic Violence Unit in the Manchester District Court in Manchester, New Hampshire. These internships taught Lauren the importance of advocacy in the courts and the justice system, which she is excited to implement in her work with the legislature.
When not advocating for those in need, Lauren enjoys playing volleyball, watching volleyball, reading, traveling, and spending time with family.

Madeline L'Ecuyer
Maddie L’Ecuyer serves as the Legislative Coordinator at The Thelemaque Group, bringing a strong background in legal research and public policy. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse before moving back to Missouri to earn her Juris Doctorate at Saint Louis University School of Law.
Before joining The Thelemaque Group, Maddie worked as a Legislative Assistant in the Missouri House of Representatives. She also gained valuable experience interning with Legal Services of Eastern Missouri and working as a student attorney in the SLU Law Children’s Permanency Clinic, where she acted as a guardian ad litem in cases involving guardianships and child orders of protection. These experiences, paired with her policy analysis and research skills, have given Maddie a strong foundation to support clients and advance meaningful legislative solutions.
Maddie splits her time between Jefferson City and St. Louis, where she lives with her fiancé and their German Shepherd, Lucy. In her free time, she enjoys thrift shopping, playing video games, and spending time with friends and family.

BozoiaN
Linda Bozoian is the Administrative Assistant with The Thelemaque Group. With a background in education, Linda brings strong communication and planning skills to her role as Administrative Assistant at The Thelemaque Group. She is committed to helping ensure client projects flow smoothly, and her attention to detail and organizational skills bring great value to events and meetings.

Prior to The Thelemaque Group, Linda worked as an elementary educator and coach/mentor in Columbia Public Schools for 32 years. She served on district leadership teams and partnered with Columbia College to grow new teachers through mentoring and coaching.
Linda and her husband, Harry live in Columbia and have two children. Hobbies include fishing, crafting, and going for long walks on their family farm in north Missouri.
